Meet Dr. Finkler
Brittany Finkler, Au.D.
At West Michigan Mobile Audiology Services, Dr. Finkler is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with the sounds that matter most—through care that is both clinically excellent and genuinely compassionate. She believes hearing healthcare should be accessible, personalized, and centered around each patient’s unique lifestyle.
Dr. Finkler earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, graduating cum laude in 2013, and went on to receive her Doctor of Audiology degree from Western Michigan University in 2017. She has experience in both ENT and private practice settings, with clinical expertise in diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aids, cochlear implant testing and activations, and cerumen management.
Her approach to care is shaped not only by her professional training, but also by her personal experience. Dr. Finkler wears a hearing aid herself, following hearing loss sustained from a head injury in a motor vehicle accident. This firsthand perspective allows her to understand the challenges her patients face and provide care with empathy, insight, and practical guidance.
Through her work in the field, she recognized a growing need for more flexible, convenient hearing care options. This led to the creation of West Michigan Mobile Audiology Services—bringing high-quality audiology care directly to patients, whether at home or in a setting that fits their busy schedules. Her goal is to remove barriers to care while delivering the same level of expertise and attention patients would expect in a traditional clinic.
Proud to serve her home community in the greater Grand Rapids area, Dr. Finkler is committed to helping patients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of their hearing journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing board and video games, crafting, reading, and walking in nature.
