West Michigan Mobile Audiology Services is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. We believe cost should never stand between you and better hearing, which is why WMMAS partners with Cherry to offer flexible financing options for our services.

Self-Pay, Made Affordable

Operating as a self-pay practice allows WMMAS to focus entirely on your care rather than navigating insurance approvals, coverage limitations, and network restrictions. This means more time with you, more flexibility in the services and devices we recommend, and no delays waiting on insurance authorization.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill for your visit, including the relevant CPT codes, that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please note that WMMAS cannot guarantee reimbursement of any kind. Whether a service is reimbursable, and how much may be reimbursed, is determined entirely by your individual insurance plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly with any questions about your coverage or potential reimbursement before your visit.

Superbills can also be used for Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement, where applicable.
